As the new 2010-11 school year gets underway, the school is expanding once again, with an expected enrollment of over 600 students.

Exciting Basketball Update
Congratulations to the Varsity boys basketball team for placing 5th in the Reebok National Tournament in Myrtle Beach. The boys went 2 and 1 with their only loss (in overtime) to the team that finished first. Way to make us proud boys!!!

Congratulations to Zackary Joyner – NC Teaching Fellow!
Congratulations to Zackary Joyner for becoming a recipient of the North Carolina Teaching Fellows Scholarship. Zackary will be using this scholarship as he works on becoming a certified teacher. Way to go Zackary on your hard work!

Financial Aid Night for Juniors
Queen’s Grant families that have students that are juniors this year are invited to attend a college financial aid presentation here at the school on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. A representative from the College Foundation of North Carolina will be presenting.
