Homecoming Week is the week of November 8-12.
Theme Days
Students may wear jeans/flip flops the entire week as long as they are participating in the week. School dress code restrictions will apply when it comes to length of bottoms. No tank tops.
Monday – PJ Day: Students/Staff may wear appropriate PJ’s to school.
Tuesday – Tacky Day: Students/Staff may participate.
Wednesday – Decade Day & Band & BBQ: Students/Staff may participate. Band and BBQ will be on campus between 5 and 7. McAden will be playing.
Thursday- NO SCHOOL & First basketball games: Students/Staff are encouraged to come support the basketball teams while wearing their QG attire! JVB at 5:30p.m., VB at 7:00p.m. at our HOME gym. (Carolina Courts- 7210 Stinson Hartis Rd. Indian Trail, N.C. 28079)
Friday – School Spirit Day & Homecoming Ceremony/Dance: Students/Staff may participate. The ceremony/dance is at Pine Lake Country Club. The times are: 7:00p.m. for the ceremony, and the dance will follow from 8-11p.m. Homecoming tickets will be available to PRE ORDER before and after school starting Monday, October 18. Ticket prices are $20 a piece; $30 for two.
A “Spirit Wall” is in building 4 with ALL of the information posted for students and parents to come look at. The wall will include a dress code for the homecoming dance, detailed information about the basketball games, etc. Anything you need to know about homecoming week will be available on the Spirit Wall.
